Becoming a homestay host family is a great way to meet interesting people and learn about another country. Hosting an international visitor can be an enriching and rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to experience the language, culture and cuisine of another country, in the comfort of your own home. Give your family an international experience without leaving home.
To become a Homestay Host, you will need to be able to offer:-
- a private bedroom - clean and comfortable facilities - a safe, friendly and welcoming home environment - 3 meals per day for the visitor
Homestay gives international visitors the opportunity to:-
- practice and improve their English language skills - learn about Australian culture - experience the Australian way of life
Australia English Institute offers full support during the homestay period to help the homestay be a successful experience for both the host and visitor.

I really recommend this 1:1 program, because the teacher was nice and flexible in planning the lessons to suit my needs.
