What to expect after you have completed your online booking

We will confirm your booking within 2 - 5 business days from receipt of your payment and Booking Form. We will confirm your booking by email.
Once confirmed our standard cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply.

This confirmation email will give you details of how to pay for the balance of the course (if you have not already paid the total course fee online via the Paypal link).

If you have enrolled with FULL PAYMENT:
We will email your pre departure information package Welcome Pack and any additional details, as soon as possible. Please check your email regularly for this information.

Your travel and arrival details:
As soon as you confirm your travel arrangements, please email your arrival details to us.

Your accommodation details:
We will forward your homestay accommodation details at least 2 weeks prior to your start date.
